Grand Vacay Stays is a small, direct-booking hospitality company built around two properties we know inside and out: Dream Haven in the Smoky Mountains of Sevierville, TN, and Hearth & Heights at Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, VA.
We manage both properties ourselves — no big-platform middleman, no call center. When you book direct, you’re booking with the people who actually clean the hot tub, stock the kitchen, and answer the phone if something comes up during your stay.
Our goal is simple: a spotless, well-equipped mountain home, honest pricing with no hidden booking fees, and a team that treats every guest like they’re staying at a friend’s place — because that’s how we’d want it treated too.
